Martin Conneely, lifetime Arlington resident, started the business in 1991 and has been growing the company ever since. Conneely Contracting, Inc. demonstrates the importance of our clients and their projects by providing clear communication and responsiveness to help make their experience as exciting and stress free as possible. We also know the importance of getting the job done right and in a timely manner. In doing so, we will provide our client with a realistic schedule.
As Conneely Contracting, Inc. has grown, we have worked hard to maintain our commitment to Client service and satisfaction. No matter how small of a remodel or how large of a project, it is our goal that every client feel that their project is the most important thing we have to do today.
We have a great crew of employees which include our project managers, office staff, craftsmen and subcontractors dedicated to helping all of our clients reach their goals.
Our homes are the biggest investments many of us will ever make. The decision to remodel or build a home is not an easy one to make. Neither is the decision on which contractor to hire to perform the work. With so many contractors out there, isn’t it important to choose the right one?

Memberships and Charity
The Children's Room
Conneely Contracting Inc. works closely with The Children’s Room in Arlington. With success comes great responsibility. Martin, his wife and family continually gives back to the community that has been so kind to him over the years. One of his most rewarding philanthropic efforts is his work for the Children’s Room in Arlington, a center for bereaved children, teenagers and the adults who are a part of their lives. Personally touched upon being diagnosed with cancer shortly after the birth of his first of four daughters, Martin began donating his time by helping out with various renovation and maintenance projects over the past several years, his involvement has grown and now serves on the advisory board in addition to organizing several fundraising events each year.
Alzheimer's Association
Martin is part of the Alzheimer’s Association. Its mission is “To eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health”. The Alzheimer’s Association has been recognized, five years in a row, as a top large nonprofit to work for by The NonProfit Times. Alzheimer’s Association was formatted 25 years ago. Today, the Association reaches millions of people affected by the disease across the globe through its national office and chapters within communities nationwide. It is the world’s leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support and research.
NARI
Martin is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. Members of NARI are full service contractors, design-build firms, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, subcontractors, lenders and other related professionals who work in the remodeling field. NARI is committed to educating both trade professionals and remodeling-ready homeowners. NARI does this by reaching out to a diverse audience in a variety of formats including education, training, publications and programs.
